El hotel es relativamente pequeño lo que hace que se sienta intimo y en paz. El restaurante es bueno. Lo mejor son las picinas y la vista al mar!
A mejorar: el camino que lleva a el hotel.

50 CAD ''special deal'' is a real tourist trap
Publié le 31 juill. 2016 sur HotelsI found what I thought was a great deal. A room that is usually $126 for just $50 (CAD). Despite a few poor reviews, I decided to book.
When we got there, we were told that the room we had booked was on top of their freezer room and that it didn't have a bathroom. The shared bathroom was 150 meters away and was used by all guests using the pool... (dirty and cold water only). We were told that if we wanted a room with a bathroom, we had to pay an extra 33 USD. In other words, the regular price for our room was 126 CAD / night (or 97 USD), but at that price, the room did not include a bathroom! So in order to get a decent room with a bathroom (at the regular price) we would have had to pay a total of 130 USD (97 + 33). And during the last night, there was a storm so huge that we had no choice but to pee in a garbage can.
We could have rented a nice room in El Tunco or La Libertad with all the commodities at the same price, near all the action restaurants. We were instead trapped in a place that had all the all the inconvenient of a resort (remote, always same people, ''captive'') without the benefits (luxury, all-inclusive).
-Hotel infrastructure is old
-A ramp to make sure people don't fall off the stairs leading to our room would have been great.
-A/C broke down
-We had ants in the room
-No private bathroom, dirty
-Wi-Fi from our room was terrible
-Food was ok, but overpriced

The hotel is small but so beautiful. The location is perfect, close enough to walk to El Tunco or catch a bus to the port. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Thank you Jose and Benjamin you guys are awesome.

The lady at front desk is not so nice a bit rude I'll say, and then they still ask for another $ 100 at check in, they don't trust anyone, this wrong and it shouldn't be like that.
I never been to a hotel that they want a deposit just because.

The hotel doesn’t look like a 5 star hotel
Publié le 5 mars 2024 sur HotelsIt doesn’t look like a five star hotel. The door to the balcony did not look. The second day the hotel changed the door knob. The prices for the food were very high for the quality. The picture showed umbrellas at the beach and when I asked they said they are not available.

Beautiful Views

Service is top notch and the room clean and comfortable with quiet air conditioner. Within walking distance of El Tunco Beach with a lot of action although you might want to consider taking uber since parking might be difficult.

The hotel had no water for the first day of my stay. Couldn’t use the private hot tub on the patio because there wasn’t enough water in it and it didn’t look like it had been cleaned.
