Accommodations: The estate named as 'Punto Palmarcito' (romantic point on the cliff) is actually three separate living quarters that include a top floor, bottom floor, and a Casita. The estate sleeps 2-24 guests depending on which unit(s) you rent. Each living quarter has its own separate entrance, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living area.The estate sits on one of the most beautiful cliffs in Palmar with breath taking views of the ocean and steps leading down to the most beautiful beach along the Salvadorian coast. This estate features 2 balcony patios, a gorgeous pool, a large patio area, bar area, BBQ area, and gazebo, all with breathtaking views of the world famous beach of El Palmarcito.


Owners Suite - The top floor dubbed the 'Owners Suite' features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a master suite with its own large bathroom,gourmet kitchen and sleeps up to 10 guests. This floor features unparalleled breathtaking views of the Palmarcito coast from your own private balcony patio. You can access the pool and gazebo down a small flight of stairs or relax after a day of surfing or sightseeing in the lush newly furnished living room with a flat screen TV with DVD player, iPod docking station, Italian marble tile, and cozy couches. The gourmet kitchen features, stainless steel appliances such as dish washer, water cooler, microwave, stove, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The bedrooms feature a master bedroom with a queen size pillow top bed and private bath. There are also two additional bedrooms each with 2 queen size pillow top beds and a shared separate bath. Hot running water, air conditioning in all bedrooms, ceiling fans, modern blue light water purification system and a security safety vault are also included. Access to the beach is just a short stroll down the steps to a very quiet and pristine beach. Here you can enjoy the tranquility and sounds of the ocean, maybe do a little surfing or boogie boarding or take a walk and get to know the many wonderful locals. The beach features some great local restaurants, beach rentals, and the true wonderful Salvadorian experience that goes along with it.

Presidential Suite - The bottom floor is known as the Presidential features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a gourmet kitchen and sleeps up to 12 guests. This floor features breathtaking views of the Palmarcito coast from your own private balcony patio. You have direct access to the pool and gazebo from this level. Relax after a day of surfing or sightseeing in the lush newly furnished living room with a flat screen TV with DVD player, iPod docking station, Italian marble tile, and cozy couches. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances such as dish washer, water cooler, microwave, stove, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The bedrooms feature a 3 bedrooms and 3 bath,each bedroom with a 2 queen size beds, Hot running water, air conditioning in all bedrooms, ceiling fans, modern blue light water purification system and a security safety vault are also included. Casita ”Love Shack” - The separate small detached home also known as the 'Surfers Love Shack'. The Casita features 2 small bedrooms each with a queen size pillow top bed , one shared bath, kitchen and sleeps up to 4 people. The kitchen features microwave, refrigerator, toaster, and coffee maker. There is not a TV with this unit but an iPod dock station is included. Hot running water, air conditioning, ceiling fans, modern blue light water purification system and water cooler are a few of the amenities. Access to the pool and beach is just a short stroll away.

Casita ”Love Shack” – Rate Schedule

Policies
House Policies
Our Beachfront Properties were created with the goal of providing our guests with the best possible accommodations and highest quality of service. In order for us to achieve these goals, we have created the following rules:
No smoking in doors, if you smoke out-doors, please dispose of cigarette butts in the garbage.
To prevent marking the walls, no surf boards or bicycles allowed in the house.
Pets must be approved by management. There will be an additional fee for the pets and all pets refuse must be disposed of.
Maximum guests for each property is enforced. Day users and/or over night guests above property limits will have an additional $15.00 per person fee.
We have provided Cristal drinking water, please do not drink from the tap.
On the day or your departure please be considerate and run you load of dirty dishes early in the morning so they have proper time to dry before the next guests arrive.
Housekeeping will provide laundry services for bed linens and towels every few days. We operate on "Green Policy," please place towels on the floor when you want towels laundered. Please note: personal articles can be laundered for a small fee. Inquire with Management for arrangements.


Care of Small Children
To ensure the safety of your children we recommend the following:
Please don't leave your children unattended on the balconies.
Don't allow your children to swim alone in the pool or the ocean.
