Great views and short walk to beach. One of the few beaches that are sandy beaches in the area during wet season. Surf instruction right there on San Blas and waves good for beginners. Had a great time w my kids. Nice gated neighborhood and great location, close to restaurants shops and supermarkets which was very convenient.

The property is absolutely beautiful, the views was awesome, I'd give it all 5's but the water pressure was not good, water didn't gwt hot in 2 of the 3 bathrooms that were used. The Host was nice . I would absolutely stay again even with the minor concerns, oh and the air is only in the bedrooms which was in the listing but the internet was never stable continued to go in and out
