The best description for the holiday apartment Arrasate 2 is “location”. The apartment is situated just 2 minutes away from La Concha Beach, within San Sebastian's commercial area and just a stroll away from the Old Town. It is the perfect accommodation for a small family looking for comfort.

Arrasate 2 has a 43 square metres surface divided into two double bedrooms, two fully fitted bathrooms and a cosy open plan lounge-dining room with kitchenette.

On entering the apartment, we are in the daytime area which faces the street. There is a comfortable sofa and a practical dining table, where you'll be able to enjoy wonderful evenings during your holidays. The modern kitchenette is situated by the entrance and it is perfectly equipped with high quality electric appliances and complete kitchenware.

The master bedroom in the apartment Arrasate 2 also faces the street and it offers a double bed (150 cm) and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower cubicle. The second bedroom on the other hand, faces a small block courtyard and it has a trundle bed. Next to it we find the second bathroom in the apartment also fitted with a shower.

The apartment Arrasate 2 also offers Wi-Fi Internet system as well as the possibility to rent a parking space at a nearby car park, which is highly advisable if you come to San Sebastian by car, given the great difficulty to park in this area.

Arrasate 2 is located next door to the apartment Arrasate 3, which can be very convenient if two families are travelling together.

The apartment was incredibly situated a few minutes from the beach and all the main around San Sebastián. It’s easy to check-in with the no-touch digital key. The place is ideal for a small group of traveller looking to get acquainted with San Sebastian’s local culture.

Well located. Lacked a welcoming feel. Refrigerator was bare. Second bedroom had child's bed.

Would not recommend. Lost a nights sleep because the second bedroom contained a child's bed that broke. Instructions for TV and appliances were lackluster and waisted precious vacation time. I did like the location near the water No view but easy access to stores and markets. Not worth the price

Construction toute la journée pour le prolongement du métro dès 7h45 le matin 7jours sur 7. Impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres, trop de bruit. Des camions, marteau-piqueur, pelleteuse, rue barrée. L’agence ne nous a rien dit à la réservation alors que ces travaux durent depuis des mois. Aucune transparence, aucune compensation. Dommage, car l’appartement est très bien.
