The hotel is located in the center of San Sebastián. Easy walk to shops and restaurants and the beach. The staff is friendly and attentive. The concierge staff gave us a list of a variety restaurants including Michelin Star restaurants. The food in San Sebastián is excellent.

Very nice hotel in a good location. We had a room at the back and it was extremely quiet. Very comfortable bed. Would have preferred a “proper” door in the bathroom - there is an opaque glass door which doesn’t go right up to the ceiling - but the hairdryer makes up for it !
