An Expedia issue. When I booked I did not indicate a ground floor room. My error. In order to make a change at time of check in I received a much smaller, not quality room at the same cost because of Expedia being a third party and not allowing a decrease in cost. Lesson learned as next time I will book directly with hotel at a probable lower rate than you offer per their staff.

Old Design Motel with good bones and nice upgrades to rooms including bathrooms. Great pool and firepit. Breakfast is light but coffee is excellent. Great bakery not far away. Boardwalk just across the street. Staff were friendly and helpful.

fine for a couple of days.

typical breakfast of cold cereals, muffins, etc., but adequate for 2 days. this is a two wing building, one wing is too close to hwy 1, a noisy environment. request the area nearest the office. the pool, spa and fire ring area is nice.

Stayed the night of July 23 before we drove up to San Francisco. Excellent property and would very highly recommend. Great pool, hot tub and outdoor fire pit.
