The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and sleek finishes, offering the ability to prepare meals at home. Whether you’re enjoying a casual breakfast or cooking dinner to share, the space is designed for both comfort and functionality. The adjacent dining area allows for relaxed meals with ocean views as the backdrop.

THE BEDROOMS

Both bedrooms are designed for comfort and privacy, featuring California-king beds, premium linens, and private en-suite bathrooms, creating restful spaces to unwind. One bedroom enjoys serene ocean views.

NEARBY ATTRACTIONS

Blue Haven is ideally located along the San Simeon coastline, offering easy access to some of the Central Coast’s most iconic destinations. Hearst Castle, scenic coastal trails, and the elephant seal viewing areas are just minutes away, while the quaint shops and restaurants of Cambria are a short drive away, as well as scenic stretches of Highway 1 along California’s Central Coast. The location offers a balance of quiet oceanfront living with convenient access to the surrounding region.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE

- No pets: only service animals as defined by law are permitted in accordance with applicable laws. Emotional support or companion animals are not considered service animals.

- No direct beach access: while the condo is truly oceanfront, there is no direct beach access. Public shoreline access is available nearby and may involve uneven terrain. All beach access is at your own risk.

- Entry to the home requires taking 4 steps in the hallway and may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns. There is also one small step inside the home.

- The home does not have central air conditioning; coastal breezes help keep the space naturally comfortable.

- Parking: There is one parking space available for use in the building parking spots, and there is also ample street parking available. Garage parking is not available. Oversize vehicles will need to be parked on the street.

- Ocean conditions, tides, weather, and wildlife are natural and unpredictable. Guests assume all responsibility for their safety when accessing outdoor areas or the surrounding coastline.

Beach Access:

- There is a naturally occurring path down to the beach from the bluff on the left side of the condo, it’s about a 2-3 minute walk. However - please note that it is a naturally occurring path involving uneven terrain and is not maintained by the county or HOA, and it’s not suitable for guests with mobility concerns.

- Alternatively, the Pico Creek Beach access point is a 2 minute drive or 10-12 minute walk away.

- There are also beach access points located at San Simeon Cove and Moonstone Beach, both of which are just a short drive from the home.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the entire condo during their stay. Entry is through a secure building with a shared hallway, and detailed access instructions will be provided prior to arrival. The building consists of only 4 condos, offering a quiet and private setting.

Other things to note

We provide high-speed internet and a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows (guests must use their own accounts). No cable or satellite TV is provided.
