Ok hotel

No hook on the back of the bathroom door, to hang clothes or a towel to reuse. Bathroom very small. Only 2 towels the first night. No elevator. No tissue. Shower head too short. No soap dish in shower. Breakfast was cold.

I’m currently in a wheelchair so I called the front desk to ask for a room on the first floor because they don’t have elevators. The property manager Raj was extra rude and hung up on me. The walls are extremely thin, the ceiling was leaking so much water it even caved in the next morning. The breakfast was not restocked and it was 8:30am (breakfast is over at 10am). The floors throughout the whole building were so dirty and hair everywhere.

We had an ADA room and was pleasantly surprised of the spaciousness. The amenities were numerous, and we really liked the beds.

Great location for exploring the coast near Cambria. Rooms were updated and clean. Seagulls pulled garbage out of exterior waste bins so the entrance was a bit dirty (not because of staff). Decent restaurants nearby and easy walk to beach. Hot breakfast is basic but way easier than finding a restaurant. Great value for my family with two rooms.

Our first room was uncleaned (hair on used soap in the shower, hair and stains on sheets) and unsecured (the slider lock did not work). We asked for it to be fixed but no one came. We asked for another room and one was provided. It locked but although, tidy, still hair and stains on the sheets. Reception wouldn’t answer our calls from the room or from Expedia. When we went to reception he was watching the movie. When we went back because the issues weren’t addressed he said he forgot (and was still watching a movie). It’s a shame - the rooms are nicely updated and it’s so close to the ocean and Hearst Castle. It just needs more care.

Great place to stay in central California. Very beat the beach, shops in Cambria and the Hearst castle. Comfortable large room with a really nice bed. Friendly staff, quiet environment, I had a lovely time!

Such a comfortable bed and large room. I felt safe and the hotel is in a quiet area as well. I had such a nice time I extended my stay a day! Friendly staff at check in and check out. I would definitely stay here again.

Basic and older hotel. The backdoor to our building did not lock and there was a spilling leading up the stairs that was not cleaned. This was our last hotel stay out of a week of traveling. This hotel has the most comfortable beds and the only hotel that the AC worked perfectly! We slept the best at this hotel. The free breakfast was the usually waffles, toast, cereal, etc. There was very limited space to eat so we took our food back to our room. The room was fine for one night. Nearby dining was limited. Check Yelp for recommendations!

A small place, 2 floors only, Clean rooms & a little more on a modern flare with wooden sliding shutters Instead of heavy curtains. Restaurants close that you can walk to The beds were very comfy. This hotel was close to Hearst Castle & familiar with Comfort Inn Hotels & chains...it's why I booked this hotel.
