The room was nice, clean and comfortable. I also loved how close my room was to the front desk. We enjoyed breakfast, and enjoyed the options. There was also a ton of sitting space to eat, so we appreciated that as well. The bathroom was nice, and the beds were comfortable. I liked that there was a fan provided since I need noise to sleep, and having some circulation was helpful. The staff wasn’t super friendly, but maybe they were having a bad day.

Our biggest issue was with one of the twin beds, which constantly squeaked and made sleeping very uncomfortable. Even the slightest movement caused loud, distracting noise throughout the night, making it difficult to rest. Overall, the bed itself was not comfortable. The bathroom sink countertop design is flawed, as water spills and pools every time it’s used. The room overall feels dated—carpets, curtains, furniture, TV, and even the walls clearly need a modern update. Several items show noticeable wear and would benefit from immediate attention. On the positive side, the complimentary breakfast was decent and a welcome option, especially given the limited dining choices in the area.

If it wasn't for the poor WiFi/TV reception, I'd give a higher rating. Granted the weather wasn't always perfect but, the wireless would often cut out, as well as the Direct TV reception. Breakfast was decent but could have appreciated longer hours as I missed out on two breakfasts. Parking wasn't all that good either. Best thing about my stay was my check in process with Brisenia (sp?) who was friendly and hospitable.
