Located at least 3 on high, without elevator, with a magnificent view of the park, it includes:
- a bedroom with a bunk bed
- a functional bathroom;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- living room with sofa bed.

You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and calm.

During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Parking, Tennis court, Basketball court, Petanque court, Table tennis, Wifi, Television, Iron, Hair dryer, Reversible air-conditioning, Fan, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The accommodation is located :
- 4 minutes by car from the beach ;
- 8 minutes from the city center ;
- 10 minutes from the Port of Sanary.

Please note that the swimming pool is open from early May to late September, from 9 am to 7 pm. A welcome booklet is available to holidaymakers, with explanations of the apartment and information on things to do in the area. As well as documentation from the Sanary tourist office. Please leave them available for other guests.

## Emplacement
Sanary-sur-Mer is a town in the south of France. Situated on the shores of the Mediterranean, the town offers a rejuvenating landscape of sea and greenery. You can also stroll along the quays of the port and discover the small traditional fishing boats, the “pointus”. Its charming pedestrian streets will lead you to numerous fashion boutiques, craft stalls and art galleries.
