On a plot of 1'430 sqm, the Villa offers 280 sqm living surface on 3 levels and different terraces (240 sqm in total). You will find a living room with TV library and fireplace, a dining room and a fully equipped open kitchen, with 3 open spaces opening on the immense terrace facing the sea.
