Spacious. Great location. Lacking essential amenities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here. Our contact was with the housekeeper who was attentive & pleasant. The kitchen was well equipped for meal preparation. Enjoyed the large terrace a lovely spot to catch the early afternoon sun. The location is super, on a fairly quiet street but very close to everything. We did find it inconvenient to not be provided with essential amenities (shampoo, hand & dish soap, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets). We also didn't have enough bath towels or hand towels for everyone in our family of 4. (There is a grocer is a block away to pick up supplies; it closes at 20h daily, and at 13h on Sunday). In addition, we ran out of hot water daily and had been given instructions "to boost" the hot water tank in the event this happened, however, we got caught off guard every time. The hallway of the building is very shabby; a working light switch would shed better light on the stairwell at night.

Les +: -Bons espaces -Belle terrasse -Porche du centre ville, commerces et du port -facilitĂ© d accĂšs avec boĂźte Ă  clĂ©s Les -: -base culinaire (huile, poivre et sel) juste sel prĂ©sent. -aliments pĂ©rimĂ©s dans le frigo et les armoires. -appartement sentant l odeur du renfermĂ©. -Communs trĂšs sales, portes collantes , rampes d escalier collantes , canapĂ© collant , four sale
manque d entretien -draps et serviettes usĂ©es et mal odorants -prĂ©sence de rongeur sur la terrasse -terrasse donnant sur la cours d’un hĂŽtel. (Bruit Ă  limiter) -plusieurs enfants en bas Ăąge (turbulences) mal perçus et jugĂ©s par le propriĂ©taire. -odeur de joints (drogue dans le couloir du bas) -mobilier abĂźmĂ© et non remplacĂ©. -immeuble vĂ©tuste (dans son jus) vĂ©lux qui ne se ferme plus convenablement, fenĂȘtre qui coule lors de pluie, volet chambre qui fonctionne 1 fois sur 2, lampes dans le couloir qui clignotent (signalĂ©)

Super appartement idĂ©alement situĂ© (plage et magasin Ă  mĂȘme pas 5 min). Nous avons Ă©tĂ© agrĂ©ablement surpris par l’appartement, qui est plus grand et lumineux qu’il n’y parait sur les photos ! Appartement idĂ©alement situĂ© Ă  Sanary, bien Ă©quipĂ© et fonctionnel (une salle de bain par chambre). En revanche, l'entrĂ©e de l'immeuble est insalubre et infestĂ©e de cafards que nous avons eu la dĂ©sagrĂ©able surprise de dĂ©couvrir Ă©galement dans la chambre du bas de l'appartement. Le propriĂ©taire ne s'est pas estimĂ© responsable de l'insalubritĂ© des lieux et nous a dans un premier temps demandĂ© de gĂ©rer le problĂšme nous-mĂȘmes avant de solliciter une entreprise spĂ©cialisĂ©e dont nous n'avons jamais vu la couleur. Aucun geste commercial ne nous a Ă©tĂ© proposĂ© pour compenser le dĂ©sagrĂ©ment. Location Ă  Ă©viter.

Le logement est conforme aux photos, idĂ©alement situĂ© Ă  Sanary pour profiter du centre et de la plage. La terrasse est bien exposĂ©e et au calme cĂŽtĂ© cour de l’hĂŽtel Ă  cĂŽtĂ©, de belle taille pour manger ou se reposer. Les 2 chambres Ă  l’étage ont permis de faire dormir les enfants en profitant du sĂ©jour et d’une chambre Ă  cĂŽtĂ©. Beau sĂ©jour dans cet appartement fonctionnel et bien Ă©quipĂ©

emplacement idéal pour quelques jours

l'aspect extérieur effraie un peu et l'entrée dans le couloir principal aussi, mais vite pardonné quand nous entrons dans le logement. il est lumineux et calme. en revanche pour 6, il manque vraiment un wc à l'étage. de plus les escaliers ne sont pas facile. la terrasse est sympathique. la propreté des sols est à revoir. l'emplacement est idéal pour aller au port et au superbe marché du mercredi. gros hic, pas de parking et avons du stationner au parking l'Esplanade tout proche. jusque là rien à dire, sauf à la douloureuse facture du départ : 40 euros pour 2 nuits.... je recommande toutefos cet appart .

Perfect location for a beach holiday w/o using the car!

Great location just of the charming Old Town of Sanary and 5 minutes from the beach away. The Department has everything whatÂŽs needed to spend nice Holidays. Parking was alsovery convenient.

tolle Wohnung, sehr netter Empfang durch AmĂ©lie, reibungslose SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe bei An- und Abreise. Herr Czimer war bei einem Problem sofort zur Stelle. FĂŒr Familien mit Kleinkindern wĂ€re noch ein Kinderreisebett und ein faltbarer Kinderhochstuhl zu empfehlen, sonst war alles vorhanden was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Nous avons passé 15 jours a SANARY dans un superbe appartement trÚs bien équipé, trÚs lumineux, trÚs propres ,avec une grande terrasse idéale pour prendre les repas.et petit déjeuné appartement trÚs bien situé tout se fait à pied; le pass parking est trÚs appréciable. tout est conforme au descriptif annoncé bon contact avec des propriétaires sympathiques. un grand merci a Isabelle pour ses explications et sa disponibilité pour notre départ ; elle a su garder en elle tout ce qui fait le charme des gents du Nord une adresse à conserver merci

trÚs belle région!

Il n'y a pas 5 étoiles , seulement à cause de la météo! Nous n'avons pas été chanceux et sommes tombés sur une semaine assez pluvieuse... Dommage, parce qu'il y a mille choses à faire et à voir. Nous y sommes allés au mois d'avril, donc pas de soucis de bouchons sur la route, de queue dans les magasins...Aucun problÚme d'accÚs aux différents sites touristiques aussi bien du cÎté de Marseille qu'en direction de Toulon. L'appartement est trÚs bien situé, on fait tout à pieds et le centre de Sanary est trÚs joli. L'appartement est spacieux et agréable ,et la terrasse trÚs grande. Pour un séjour ensoleillé c'est parfait ! Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute des locataires, et soucieux de savoir si tout convient. Nous reviendrons dans cette région hors saison sans aucun doute !
