You'll have a large, bright living room, a fully-equipped modern kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a vast exterior with a garden directly overlooking the lake, as well as a terrace on stilts with a jacuzzi for lounging in front of this magnificent panorama! Bed linen and towels provided.

For larger groups, you can also rent the neighbouring house "Les Bambous", which is similar in every respect to this house.

- A beautiful, bright, air-conditioned living room with a sitting area equipped with a sofa and a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TNT TV as well as a dining area with a dining table for up to 8 guests.
- A modern, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Dolce Gusto pod coffee maker, raclette machine...
- Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

- Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed and storage space.

- A large 100 m² enclosed garden planted with trees, furnished with 6 sun loungers.
- A 30 m² terrace with a south-facing pergola, on stilts and furnished with garden furniture, a plancha, and a jacuzzi with protection for 6 people (accessible all year round) to enjoy a meal or a moment of relaxation contemplating the magnificent view over the lake.
- A large garage adjoins the house and can accommodate up to two vehicles.
