I have not stayed in hotel only how m i supposed to review..also told customer care to refund my money as soon as I checked in no water in the room, rooms condition was patethic I want my refund..my trip got ruined because of you guys

Didn't have my booking, had to wait to have a room made up, pillow cases were dirty, very noisy with planes, trains and automobiles restaurant wasn't serving food,.

I booked a private room, but I am unable to lock the door from the inside (while I am in the room). It can only be locked from the outside. The same applies to the main entrance. Unfortunately, I must say that I am concerned about the security.
