Downstairs, there are three lovely bedrooms (two king-sized, one single/twin) and two additional shower rooms. The large open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area opens onto the main patio and private garden through stylish bifold doors.



Located just moments from Yaverland Beach, and the popular Wildheart Animal Sanctury and Dinosaur Island, both a must for all of the whole family. Less than a 10 minutes walk from Sea Breeze is Sandown’s vibrant seafront, you’ll have golden sands, charming cafés, and fantastic restaurants right on your doorstep. • Spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home ( the twin room has a trundle pull out bed, please advise if you would like the room set up as a single or twin)

Note: The property is built on agricultural land, so the front and back lawns may become waterlogged during wet weather.
