The room and carpeting was older. The beds were comfortable. The microwave and ice machine was a floor and hike away. Your prices are very steep. Every staff member we spoke to was friendly.

Water park was a bit disappointing if you’ve been to other lodges - much smaller, fewer slides and no wave pool. Internet was very slow. Room was clean and adequate for our family of 5.

Great getaway with littles ones!

Great little family getaway! Went with out 5yo + 2yo, stayed at the kid cabin room. Great room set up to be a little separated from the kids at night. Easy check in and text message system. Lots of fun activities for the kids during the day. Kids loved the waterpark and arcade. Decent food options, we ate at all the different places

The staff were terrible. This was our first time and didn’t know everything. I got yelled at the first 10 minutes in the water park! There was maybe 2 staff members made for the job and was nice. I spent a lot of money to be disappointed. I will never return to that location!

Overall it was a great family getaway. The rooms weren't super clean and could be updated. The pillows were uncomfortable.

Very average experience for the cost. Seems that you pay for the Great Wolf name more than the actual stay and experience. Accommodations were average and very worn. Sofa bed in my room had duct tape covering a large tear. Children were cold and I requested extra blankets for each of the beds and was told that they were out of blankets. How can a HOTEL be out of bedding or towels? I would imagine such items would be considered essential to a hotels operations? I will never pay to go back to Great Wolf again…had a much better experience at both the hotel and water park at Zenders in Frankenmuth, Michigan and at a better price. Extremely disappointing.
