The staff were friendly and check in was simple. But they keep the lobby door locked so you have to call to be let in. The worst part was we found bedbugs!

The room was freezing. I asked for extra blankets, as my daughter and I were sharing the room. They only gave me one. I asked for a second. After turning the heat up, we were still freezing. I called back to ask for blankets, they said they would only give us two extra per room. I am so fustrated I chose this awful place … I don’t know how they have 8 stars!! Never again!!!!

When I booked, it said that my card would not be charged until check in. I had planned on using a different card than the one I used to reserve the room. When I got there and presented the front desk person with my preferred form of payment, he said that they already charged my card 2 days before. He then proceeded to argue with me and refused to refund my card and run the other one. He said the reserve now pay later was an Expedia thing and he did not have to honor it. I was quite irritated.

Excellent room, for the price and very close to Cedar Point Amusement Park.
