Excellent Property

Communication was excellent. Bummed the weather did t allow us to take advantage of the fire pit but overall had a great stay.

Family vacation to visit family in Sandwich

We chose the location due to how close it is to my family home in the same neighborhood who we were visiting for the first time since pre-pandemic. We could not have been happier with the condition of the home, the big yard, the fire pit. The HUGE tv’s, did I mention HUGE, my wife even said I think we need to buy a bigger TV when we get home after how big these TV’s are. Our son got to watch YouTube which is his thing. Each night we walked around the neighborhood and looked at Christmas lights. During the day all the neighbors would wave and say hi. We only used the toaster and Keurig and fridge but the kitchen was stocked with everything to cook and eat with. Michael was in touch with us before during and after the stay, always being helpful and checking in with us. He was a fantastic host and we would love to stay in his house again. We even discussed seeing if Michael would be interested in selling the house to us……..

Family weekend getaway

Unfortunately it rained most of the weekend, so we weren’t able to enjoy the backyard which had a nice seating area with a fire pit. The house was well stocked with a great kitchen and a really comfy living room. Michael is an excellent host - he responded very quickly to any questions we had. His restaurant recommendations were spot on as well. We had such a nice relaxing weekend- just wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you Michael for such a nice stay!

A meticulously kept cottage!
Publié le 7 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayI bet Michael runs a pretty tight ship and his house is no different - it was meticulously clean, well-stocked and accurately described! The beds were comfy, bathrooms sparkly clean, the sheets were okay and the outdoor space was wonderful! We especially appreciated having the use of the washer and dryer after a few days at the beach and fishing. It was perfect for my husband, myself and our adult son over a long holiday weekend, but I'm not sure it's a great place for little kids.
