Charming bungalow in Sanford's historical district

This home is one of the closest home to downtown Sanford. All bars, restaurants and the lake are in easy walking distance. Can sleep 6 but the couch could sleep a 7th if needed. Right across from the The Farmhouse rental if you are booking a large party. About a 8 min walk to the 1902 wedding venue. 30 miles from New Smyrna Beach and 30 mins from downtown Orlando. Two bikes are available to enjoy miles of dedicated bike trails from Sanford to the Ocean. Come enjoy what Sanford has to offer!

Great house in a very convenient location. Walk to downtown easily. Beds are comfy. Love the front porch and fenced yard, both front and back. The host left us snacks and even a bottle of wine! This house had everything we needed and more. It's great to have 2 full baths! Nice kitchen and small but comfortable living area. We loved our stay here and hope to come back to see more of Sanford.

Historic Sanford

While in town for 2 nights for a wedding this place was perfect. We easily walked around downtown, ran on the river walk, shopped and dined. It was also 4 blocks from the 1902 wedding venue we were in town for.

Quaint historic home

Location was fantastic, 8-10 minute walk to the downtown Sanford bars and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and everything was convenient. House was clean and cozy and the host even left little snacks for us. Very welcoming. 5 stars!

Perfect weekend stay

Adorable bungalow was perfect for our weekend stay to attend a wedding and visit family in the area. Older home but very well stocked and comfortable for two adults and two teenagers. Convenient location to the airport and tourist areas. Unfortunately we didn't have time to explore Sanford but hope to next time we are in the area.

Perfect Location

This was the perfect little cottage for our short stay and a great location in Sanford. King bed was very comfortable and our dog love the fenced in yard. I also enjoyed how easy it was to walk to town and get coffee and dine out. Thanks.

Family Celebration

We stayed here because it was central to everywhere we were going. The house was very neat and tidy. It’s walking distance to downtown historic district and we walked down there a couple times. The neighborhood is quiet but at a glance looks a little sketchy. Although we didn’t have any issues there. Would stay there again if we are in the area. The owner was quick to respond with questions. Had a great time while we were there.

Quick getaway

Loved it!! Very nice older home. Conveniently located to downtown. Enjoyed the privacy of the backyard and fire pit. By far the best bed I’ve slept in staying at a rental. Definitely recommend. We’ll be back.

Sanford Bungalow

We stayed the weekend for a wedding. We were needing a place other than a hotel room because of our dog. The home was exactly whet we were looking for: clean, comfortable and close to the venue. Communication with the host was easy and quick. The couch and tv space was perfect for what we needed and the king sized bed was very comfortable. It was nice to be able to let our dog out loose in the backyard ancc do not have to worry about him getting out or into anything. Would recommend this home is you have dogs or even just 2 or 3 couples staying together. Close to all the restaurants & bars.

Amazing Ling Weekend In Bungalow

This great little house was perfect for our friends weekend! It had everything we needed including a washer and dryer! The host even had shampoo/conditioner and soap in the showers! We especially loved the fire pit and the cloud like beds. I highly recommend this as a getaway staycation. It is super close to so many things that are just a short walk away. Explore and then come back to roast amores. Just delightful.

Great little house with all the necessities. Walking distance to downtown. Neighborhood is quiet and very safe. Flexible check in and out, a huge plus! We will definitely stay here next time we are in the area.

Well suited

Bungalow was adequate for what we needed. The location was a plus especially for those without a car. Close for all the events we needed to attend in Sanford. Quiet neighborhood. Sleeping spaces worked well for our family. Kitchen well equipped. The only things I would add are a chair or two more in the living space and a different mattress in the back bedroom. Otherwise, we were pleased.
