Really enjoyed the room. It was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Our flight was delayed 6 hours so we didn’t arrive at the hotel until 5 am and we were VERY GLAD that there was someone at the front desk to greet us and check us in.

I had such a good stay at this hotel. We stayed from 01/28/26-01/30/26. The hotel was so clean, the beds were comfortable, the whole room was so clean. It was quiet. Breakfast was good, the gentleman who works at breakfast was very nice and kept the area clean. At front desk Doreen and Pi were so personable and friendly. Really made the experience here better. The housekeeper who took care of room 325 she is blonde Spanish speaking was also very helpful and was super super nice! They also have laundry facility if needed, gym, and pool. To be honest, I mistakenly booked this place assuming it was close to Universal, but then when I noticed it was about 30 miles 30 minutes to Universal, but I’m so glad I stayed there. I did not mind driving an extra 30 minutes to go back because it was so comfortable.
