First, let me say I charge less because this is not my primary business, I enjoy doing it, and I want to make it affordable for everyone. My goal is for every guest to have a wonderful getaway.

The property has been totally rebuilt due to the damage from Hurricane Ian. EVERYTHIG IS NEW! The pool and grills are new, tennis courts pickleball courts are new and open.

This is a ground floor 1,235 square foot condos that is beautifully decorated. You can walk right out from your screen enclosed lanai to the gardens of the center courtyard and then down to the pool and beach. It features an extra large Screened Lanai, two Bedrooms, two Baths, Great Room, Dining Area and a fully equipped kitchen.

Everything is new including furniture, 3 new TV’s, new flooring, new bathrooms, new impact windows and doors, new kitchen appliances, washer and dryer. The master bedroom is luxurious with a King sized bed and the guest bedroom has twin beds, with new bedding and a beach theme. Electronics include a 55” flat screen TV, a TV in each of the bedrooms, WIFI internet.

This condo has a well stocked kitchen with every small appliance you might need. It also includes beach chairs, sand toys, and a cart to carry everything in.

A heated swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffle board and BBQ grills are just a few of the amenities at Loggerhead Cay. Smoking is not permitted within the condo.

Loggerhead Cay is very well maintained, landscaping is beautiful. It is located on the easily accessible east end of the island, minutes from the Causeway. Once on the island you can access Loggerhead, and its beach, while avoiding the traffic on Periwinkle.

A happy return

Cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay! This was our first time back to the island after losing our timeshare to the hurricane. And this couldn’t have been a better spot. Our family of four loved everything about the condo. It was spacious and clean and beautiful. Our girls loved the bedroom with colorful matching twin beds. It was equipped with everything we needed and more. Loading up the cart and walking down to the beach was a breeze! Many happy tears were shed. Already looking to book again!

Sisters Annual Vacation

We had an amazing week. The condo and property was perfect. We had everything we needed. The host provided a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms as well as beach towels, beach chairs and a wagon to haul everything to the beach. The pool was great as well. What a great property to welcome us back to Sanibel. My husband and I have not been to Sanibel since 2015, and this year we came back with children. It was such a great time. Very convenient location, and great ammenities. The outdoor patio offered a beach wagon, beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas. The communcation with Steve was wonderful. Happy return!

This was our first trip to Sanibel since Ian and we were excited but a little apprehensive too. This rental couldn’t have been any better for our return. Steve checked in with us throughout and we had no problems. The unit is just as pretty as it looks in the listing. Bonus: the shelling and dolphin sightings were spectacular!

Great property & gracious hosts

We love staying at this condo. Everything was exceptionally clean and well decorated. We enjoyed the many conveniences in the condo and the closeness of the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed with everything you need. I can not say enough great things not only about the condo but the owner Steve. We came in 2 days after Helene hit. The condo has a great layout. Everything was clean and new. This condo has a nice location. Just about everything a renter might need is provided. The condo owner was alway accessible and stayed in contact with us. It is a drsma free rental.

Beautiful Condo

We have rented from Steve and Wanda many times and have always found their unit in immaculate condition. Besides being a first floor unit which is great to transport luggage, it is a short walk to the pool or beach. For us, it is the perfect vacation to travel to Sanibel, enjoy the many fine restaurants and just relax and enjoy the beauty of the island.

Sanibel Vacay

Just what we expected, great! Our condo was beautiful. It had everything we needed. Steve was a perfect host.Even with all the rain we still enjoyed our trip. We loved The Magic Bus. Great latte’s, ice cream & smoothies! We went several times! Jerry’s grocery always everything we need. And Doc Ford’s was delicious! We rented bikes and were able to get several rides in before & after the rain. We can’t wait to return to see more progress on our fave island. Thank you Steve & Wanda for your beautiful condo!
