Saubere und neue Wohnung

Der Ferienwohnungskomplex ließ von außen nichts Gutes erahnen, umso überraschter waren wir über die tolle Wohnung. Energie sparen gut und schön, allerdings war es für eine verregnete Woche trotz heizen zu kühl in der Wohnung.

Lage der Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Allerdings fehlt unseres Erachtens bei Fewo-Direkt in der Beschreibung des Objektes, dass die Wohnung in einer ehem. Hotelanlage im dritten Stock liegt.

Umgebung schön aber Aufenthalt laut unruhig

für diesen Preis war es in Ordnung, aber die restlichen Wohnungen wurden renoviert und es gab täglich einen ohrenbetäubenden Lärm durch sägen und schleifen usw.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt wirklich perfekt. Egal ob Einkaufen, Essengehen, Waldspaziergang oder Ausflug, alles war super zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen entspannten und angenehmen Urlaub und freuen uns auf das nächste Mal.

Es war eine schöne und erholsame Woche in Sankt Englmar (22.08.2020 - 29.08.2020). Sehr schöne, gepflegte und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Wir können die Wohnung mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieter war immer sehr freundlich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder hin fahren.
