Welcome to Sankt Englmar, a picturesque health resort in the heart of the Bavarian Forest. Surrounded by breathtaking natural scenery, Sankt Englmar is the ideal destination for those seeking rest and relaxation, active vacationers, and families looking for the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.
Our vacation rentals (Bavarian Escape and Wildwood Lodge) serve as an ideal starting point for hikes (125 km of marked trails), bike rides, and—in winter—cross-country skiing on a 50-km network of trails. Three ski lifts and an exciting toboggan run in the nearby Kurpark offer additional winter fun.
Both vacation apartments are located in the Predigtstuhl Resort in Sankt Englmar.
The resort grounds are very spacious and spread across several buildings, all of which are connected to one another. From here, you not only have a great view, but you’re also right in the heart of Sankt Englmar’s hiking and skiing area.
As our guests, you can use the following amenities at the Predigtstuhl Resort free of charge: a swimming pool with an outdoor summer pool and water slide, a sauna area, indoor and outdoor table tennis, a mini-golf course, a bocce court, outdoor chess, playgrounds, and a bike storage/ski room. Various recreational attractions are within walking distance.
Free parking is available around the resort, along with a charging station for electric cars. If you arrive with your own bicycles, you can store them in a room not far from the apartment. In winter, this room also serves as a ski storage room.

Just a short walk from your accommodation, you’ll find various restaurants, shops, amusement parks, hiking trails, and much more.
