This modern, newly built chalet is located near the Kreischberg skiing and hiking area in the versatile holiday region of Murau-Kreischberg. The centre of the cosy village of St. Lorenzen as well as the lifts and slopes are within walking distance. The local train station for a nostalgic ride on the Murtalbahn is also within walking distance. In this beautiful setting you can ski in winter and hike and cycle in summer

The luxurious chalet is tastefully furnished and completely detached with a large garden and a large terrace of 50 m2. It offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.
In summer you can enjoy the large garden with apple trees and the sunny terrace. From here you have a wonderful, unobstructed view of the valley and the ski slope. In the evening you can relax and enjoy the sunset in the west. For storing your ski equipment, there is a separate room next to the entrance with a ski boot dryer. The chalet also has a carport with 2 covered private parking spaces and a charging facility.
In summer as well as in winter, this region is the ideal place for active holidaymakers. Also experience the peace and quiet, because this region has not yet been discovered by mass tourism. Here you can still enjoy pure Austrian cosiness and numerous traditions. The region is of incredible natural beauty and has many traditions.
In winter, a fantastic, snow-sure family ski area awaits you with over 40 km of pistes and modern lifts. The fun park is among the absolute top in the world! Major competitions are held here every year. For cross-country skiers and winter hikers there are numerous possibilities here. Fancy some tobogganing? That is also possible here!
In summer, a visit to the beautiful medieval town of Murau is highly recommended. Here you will find many beautiful shops and terraces. In addition to beautiful hikes in the mountains, you can also hike or cycle along the Mur cycle path, one of the many routes in the region
