Magical

For value for money, one of the best hotels I've ever been to. Well-kept inside and out, immersed in a magical atmosphere just a few steps from the center of Sanliurfa.

Otelin ortamı çok hoş, yer olarakda gezilecek yerlere yakın. Ancak hizmet oldukça acemi, girişte kahvaltı saati, yeri vs hiç bir açıklama yoktu, en önemlisi klozetin kapağı açık durmuyor sürekli geri kapanan tuhaf bir durumda. Ayrıca duş etrafında hiç bir cam vs olmadığı için her yer ıslanıyor malesef. Bizim kaldığımız cuma akşamı canlı müzik vardı. Dinlemek isteyen için hoş bir ortam, bizim için sorun değildi ama saat 23.00 civarına kadar odaya ses direk geliyor hassas olanlar için sorun olabilir.

Otelin konumu zor bir yerde bulmakta zorlandık otoparkı yok aradığımızda imam aslan otoparkını söylediler orayı bulursanız ara sokaktan otele yakın ince dar ara sokaklardan otele ulaşıyorsunuz.Otele vardığımızda işlem kontrolü sonrası odaya valizimizi kendimiz taşıyarak gittik , oda tozluydu çarşaflar temiz ve akşam canlı müzik geç saatte bitiyor cafesi halka açık olduğu için gece 1.30 a kadar müzik sonrası gürültüden uyuyamadık ,canlı müziğe katıldık çay istiyoruz çay yapmıyorlar alkol var dilerseniz kahve , sabah kahvaltıyı hazırlayan ekibe teşekkürler çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüler .

Otel yeni olmasına rağmen hizmeti gayet iyi personeli güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Herhangi bir sorun yaşamadım. Güzel dekor edilmiş odalar ve ortak alanlar temizdi. Şehrin gezilebilecek lokasyonlarına da yakın. Çok içten söylüyorum mutlaka etrafımdaki kişilere tavsiye edeceğim ve tekrar gidince kalacağım bir otel. Teşekkür ederim.
