Patricia House - Ibiza

Comfortable, pleasant and charming house located on a small hill, in a natural and very quiet environment. Ideal to enjoy a few days in contact with nature and enjoy the private pool and the wonderful views. It has 3 rooms on the main floor (one double with bathroom en suite, one double and one single, with a bathroom), and another room with independent access on the lower floor, with bathroom en suite, suitable for up to 4 people (bed double and double sofa bed).
Registered in the Insular Registry of Companies, Activities and Tourist Establishments of Ibiza with the reference nº ET-0698-E, on April 1, 2014.

The house is prepared to comfortably accommodate 9 people.
The environment and its location make this house an ideal place for a quiet holiday.
All the services available to the house are available to guests.
We guide guests on the day of arrival to the house and inform them of everything necessary for their stay. We are also present on the day of departure. And once or twice a week, we go to water the garden.
We are available for any incident that may arise, by phone or email.

The house is located on the side of a hill, facing south, surrounded by fields and forest, 8 km from the city of Ibiza, and 3 km from the town of Sant Rafel. It has frontal views of Ibiza town and Formentera. It is an area of isolated houses, with a lot of tranquility and privacy.
Access is by road to the village of Sant Rafel, and then by a dirt road of approximately 3 km, in good condition.
It is necessary to have a private vehicle, since the house is located in a rural and isolated area.
Due to its location, the house is not accessible by public transport.
The taxi service does not pick up at home.

We had a fantastic time with our family. Nothing was lacking. Everything you need is there. The owners are incredibly helpful and kind. The road up to the house is quite challenging, but you quickly get used to it. This does give you a priceless view.

Grossartig mit einer tollen Aussicht

Das Haus liegt in einer traumhaften Lage mit einer unvergleichlichen Aussicht auf Ibiza Stadt und das Meer. Zwar etwas abgelegen auf dem Berg oben mit ca. 5 Min. Fahrtzeit bis zur Strasse unten. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und es hat alles was man braucht. Vincent der Verwalter ist grossartig, er hat uns abgeholt und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Die Kaffemaschine war defekt, innerhalb von einer Stunde war ein Ersatz da. Danke Vincent ! Wir würden wieder kommen !

Stunning!

Can't stress enough how wonderful this place is. We stayed here with 5 friends for a week and the pictures do not do it justice. Patricia and Vincent were very helpful and flexible.

Wij hebben een super leuke vakantie gehad. De eigenaars hebben ons super goed ontvangen. De woning is vrij standaard maar wel zeer netjes. Wij zouden zeker nog terug komen.

Beautiful place with marvellous view!

The villa is so comfurtable with all the equipments. It’s quiet and The view on Ibiza town is so relaxing night and day. Ibiza is not far about 20 minutes driving. The owners are so nice and caring and just wanted us to be comfortable and relax. We had a wonderful staying and will come back for sure. Thank you Patricia, thank you Vincent! See you soon I hope

The Perfect family villa

Patricia and Vicent are the best hosts- their villa was spotless and had everything you needed- the views across the valley are incredible and you can see Ibiza old town in the distance. the pool was great and there was so much space for the children to run around safely in. the outside BBQ area was perfect too- an outside fridge, sink and everything you need was provided- even coal! we will definitely book again thanks, Louisa

Beautiful, private and well organised villa with stunning view!

At first the contact with owner Vicent was a pleasant experience. Good, clear and fast communication. I liked that. I travelled with a baby so the owners provided a cot and babychair. You definately need a car to reach the villa. It's situated on a hill, that brings you the most beautiful view, you can watch Ibiza citycenter. In real the villa is even better than in the pictures. Way beyond my expectations. When you're looking for rest, luxury, space and privacy; this is the place. I'll definately come back in the future. Just came home, miss this awesome place already.
