The property is okay, it’s very far to walk to the main area, public transport is mediocre at best. The check-in guys were great and the dining all-inclusive was a great deal. There are TONS of families here. This is not a party spot or a spot for single people. Stay closer to the action. However, if you are a coupe of family that want to stay out of the chaos and be more relaxed then this is a good spot.

Decent and worth the money

Great staff, nice hotel apartment and great price. Only problem we had was no guests were allowed but I guess every hotel has their policy. All in all not bad and will definitely be looking at this hotel when I go back to San Antonio again in the future.

The property is really nice and clean being budget friendly. I also had two pools to chill. The location is great with a walking distance to the beach to see the sunset. It is accessible with public transport and nearby car/scooter rental place with a lot of restaurants in the vicinity one being just in front of the hotel.

Our apartment was simple but comfortable. The air conditioner was ok, it was a bit noisy but that's ibiza. Bartenders were great. And there were good dining options close by. The breakfast buffet was nice also.

Apart from the staff nothing wss nice about this apartment, infact if id been booked in for a week id hsve hsd to leave. The room smellrd of stale food , we had no hot water for half a day , the aircon didnt work or ths tv . The place was full of anys and directly above the bar /disco . Not good with 2 kids under 5 . I woukd becer stay here again

Good Value, Clean, All inclusive drinks a let down

All inclusive: Food: really happy - good selection,hot, fresh & Tasty. Something for everyone, tried new things. Drinks at bar: Disappointing - always queue of 5-10 people, only 1 staff serving. Drinks served in small plastic cups which were not nice to drink from. Beer should be served in a glass or at least a plastic cup which resembles a glass, it's just not good in a plastic cup like you would give to a kid. Actual drinks were OK but the service was poor. After 2 days, I decided not to use the bar, bought my own drinks from shop and kept in fridge since I didn’t want to queue so much. Disappointing to learn my desired room (Upper floor, pool view) was not available despite requesting this when booking months earlier. The ground floor balcony has no privacy. I asked for change of room but only other room avail. was ground floor room facing road. Otherwise, room was very nice, Good kitchen facilities & Flatscreen TV with many channels. Free air-con. No balcony furniture. Hotel clean & fresh, exceeded my expectations. Sunbeds around pool new. 3 or 4 pools with one being kids play area too. Located at far end of The Bay, quiet location for sleeping. Shops, pubs & restaurants on the doorstep. Bus stops outside & water taxi service to Sant Antoni about 5-10 mins walk. Free Wifi Worked OK in room for basic stuff Would not go all inclusive here again.

Amazing stay

We have arrived with my friends just on the curve of the high season. On our arrival 1 of our rooms were ready and an hour later we got an upgrade without even asking for it. The atmosphere is friendly throughout the hotel and the staff were most helpful all the time. I had a great stay with Coral Star and I am sure I will be back once I am visiting Ibiza again. I can only recommend them.
