Main House:
Large living and dining room for 10 people, very bright, with access to a covered terrace with living room and outdoor dining room. Access to the swimming-pool. The living room is equipped with a Sat TV and stereo.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, blender, coffee machine, juicer, American fridge and washing machine.
1 double bedroom with 2 twin beds (that can be joined), air conditioning and en suite bathroom with shower.

First level:
1 double bedroom with 2 twin beds (that can be joined);
Bathroom with shower;
1 double bedroom with double bed;
1 bathroom with bath tub;
1 master bedroom with double bed, amazing views, large bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower, automatic blinds;
Fully glazed living room with an armchair.

Apartment:
Small living room, fridge, bedroom with 2 twin beds and en suite bathroom with shower.
Terrace equipped with sunbeds and armchairs.

Outside:
All terraces are equipped with high quality furnishings accessories with Balinese beds, sunbeds, tables and chairs.
There is also a gas Barbeque and a closed parking for several cars.
Finally, the beautiful infinity swimming pool with irregular shape.

Rental rules:
Included in the price: electricity, water and gas expenses, maintenance of garden and pool, 1 cleaning service upon departure and also during the stay for the rentals of minimum 2 weeks.
Sheets and bath towels included. Laundry change during the stay for the rentals of minimum 2 weeks.
Extras with charges: extra bed € 20 per day, cot € 10 per day, reservations fee € 30.
Final cleaning: € 400 to pay upon arrival
