The Space:

The bright and airy living area has a traditional style fireplace, inviting sofas, and offers plenty of space to relax after a busy Ibiza day. Furnished in a typical Spanish traditional style, giving a homely and welcoming feeling throughout. Villa Carvi has satellite Tv with Uk freeview as well as a collection of Dvd’s to suit all ages. Leading from here is our conservatory / games room where you can find further dining areas and a pool table.



The ground floor has a large dining and kitchen area - with a recently renovated kitchen complete with all modern appliances, including oven, dishwasher and microwave.



Also on the ground floor you will find Bedroom 1 - with three single beds, which can be made into a double and single if required. A bathroom with modern shower enclosure is adjacent.



On the first floor, Bedrooms 2 and 3 also have twin beds which can be converted in doubles, and both rooms benefit from their own direct access to a private terrace area which surrounds the villa. A shared modern bathroom with shower and wc serves these two rooms.



The master bedroom (Bedroom 4) is complete with a large kingsize bed, dressing room / walk in wardrobe space and private access to the terrace.



There is a large lounge space on the top floor which is converted into an extra bedroom (bedroom 5). This room can either be separated by concertina doors if privacy is required or can be left open plan – great for when families with children stay



Bedrooms 1,2,3 and 4 have air conditioning.



This space leads out onto a huge terrace chill out area, with views over the bay, ideal for lounging and soaking up the Ibiza sun.



Outside Areas

Villa Carvi has a huge outdoor space, with lush green lawns and palm trees giving it a tropical feel. The huge pool is surrounded by a paved sun terrace, complete with a cabana offering some welcome shade. An outdoor dining area with large circular stone table is the perfect place to entertain friends and family. The pool area can be closed off if needed, a great feature for if you have small children.



An outdoor utility room with washer, dryer and household equipment also benefits from a shower and wc - perfect for an after pool shower!



There is parking inside the property grounds for up to three cars and plenty of space on the road outside should you require it

In order to keep the cost of renting this villa as low as possible if air conditioning is required we ask for a small supplement of 125€

Eco Tax is payable on arrival at 2.20€ per person per night

The pool area has gates that can be closed to stop children accessing the pool if needed

Villa Carvi is set on a peaceful and private street but the busy resort of San Antonio bay is only a few minutes away, with its many bars, restaurants and shops, not to mention the famous nightlife scene in San Antonio itself. You can also walk to the many local beaches, and the area benefits from some of the most beautiful beaches on the island.



5 mins walk:- to San Antonio Bay with many restaurants, shops, bars and several beaches

10/15 mins walk:- to OBeach Club and San Antonio Town

20 mins drive:- Ibiza Town, Playa den Bossa and the airport
