So many problems with this property we have passed on the feedback to Homerti the property managers but haven't had much of a response.
1. No hot water when we arrived. A technician came and "fixed" it however one of the bathrooms still had not hot water and was not fixed until our last full day there. So two of us were having cold water showers.
2. General dirtiness - took photos of a lot of dust and dirt across the villa.
3. No washing up materials supplied in kitchen. It has a dishwasher so providing 1-2 dishwashing tablets and a sponge / dish brush and detergent would have been ideal for a short stay. Instead there was some detergent that was so watered down you couldn't wash anything with it. As a result I went and bought some dishwashing liquid and a sponge (you're welcome). If the expectation is on guests to clean up the dishes, please provide the materials to do so.
4. Further to the above, this meant a lot of the dishes, glasses, cutlery etc in the villa was quite dirty because previous guests were obviously not supplied with the washing up materials and couldn't be bothered to buy. I took a photo of a knife with caked on black grime which I am happy to share.
5. The outdoor shower did not work.
6. The pool cleaner tripped the power at night and the instructions to fixed the power outage provided were WRONG, and we were walking around in the dark trying to figure it out, late at night when the property managers were not contactable.
