Vue mer fantastique

La maison est spacieuse, avec une belle piscine et une superbe vue mer. A proximitĂ© de la plage Ă  pieds, c est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable en famille. IntĂ©rieur propre (douches Ă  changer. La rouille s’est bien installĂ©e) mais extĂ©rieur et piscine non nettoyĂ©s Ă  notre arrivĂ©e . Les maillots de bain blancs virent au jaune. Il faudrait revoir le produit utilisĂ© dans la piscine. Par contre, cuisine sous Ă©quipĂ©e pour 2 semaines de vacances avec enfants et problĂšme de climatisation dans une chambre avec odeur de fumĂ©e. Malheureusement, problĂšme non rĂ©glĂ© et trĂšs dĂ©rangeant pour le sommeil de notre enfant. L’équipe de gĂ©rance Ă©tait au top, serviable et de bons conseils.

Family trip

The villa was in a good position and a good standard . Would recommend hiring a car to see some of the island very easy to drive over there. The communication with agent was excellent she answered all my questions quickly and efficiently . Would definitely use again

Lovely villa, perfect location!

Absolutely loved this villa. The location was perfect, close to the beach and restaurants, it was a down hill walk so going back was a bit harder. Our party ranged from 7 years to 65 and we all loved it. The only disappointing thing was after just one swim in the pool my children's naturally blonde hair went very very green and white bikinis also. I'm assuming the balance of cleaning chemicals may of been slightly off. So I had to spend a lot of time shampooing and I learned to apply lots of oils on their hair before they got in, which did help a bit. However, everything else was amazing!! I would definitely recommend it. Being August it was very hot so the lack of air conditioning was hard so we would probably would choose a slightly cooler month for our next visit! Thank you for our lovely holiday!!

Lovely villa.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa was well equipped. Plenty of space. The only minus was lack of housekeeping. No linen change, we had to do our own laundry.

The perfect family villa!

This villa is just perfect. The views are really impressive from the balcony - it’s a great spot to enjoy the BBQ and also overlooks the pool area. The pool was ideal for our kids as there were steps they could play on and a lovely garden to run around. The villa was also well stocked with everything you’d need for a family holiday - we were never left wanting anything. It felt like everything was new and very clean! On one occasion we requested an extra villa key as we travelled as two families- we got a response within an hour a new key cut immediately and delivered to us. There was also some bread, butter, cheese on arrival...and some beer too! Showed the owners really cared and would look after their guests! The villa is really well located to Punta Prima beach- within a 5min stroll and you’re there. A good choice of restaurants along the promenade. From the airport it took approx 20mins in a taxi and it’s also really easy to get to Mahon by bus (the harbour there is great). A bus stop within 50m of the villa was ideal for getting to Mahon too. The villa is not too far from Binnibecca Nou beach (took about 45mins to walk)- we’d really recommend visiting! Beautiful clear water and views! You won’t be disappointed if you book this villa!!
