Villa Biniparrell is an impressive 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom property set in extensive grounds. Situated in a tranquil, countryside location near the town of Sant Lluis and within a 10 minute drive of Binibeca, this villa offers the best of both worlds. The villa is arranged over 2 floors and has a large pool surrounded by an ample terrace, the spacious grounds give the villa an air of seclusion. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms is included.
Villa Biniparrell has a lovely countryside setting, in the area known as Bini Parrell. Itâs located just opposite the Menorca Cricket club, a friendly spot open to everyone for a drink at the bar, and to watch the occasional weekend cricket match. The nearest town, Sant Lluis is just a 5 minute drive away and offers a host of popular restaurants and local tapas bars serving traditional Spanish dishes. There are 2 large supermarkets within a 5 minute drive for stocking up on holiday essentials and BBQ delights. Binibeca is the nearest resort with its sandy beach and quaint fishing village, around a 10 minute car journey away. If youâre looking for a substantial villa with secluded serenity and not far from the action, then look no further.
