Great stay

A bit confusing at first but after the entrance was located, it was very accommodating! Open air kitchen area and isolated spacious rooms. Spacious shower was great as well! Will definitely stay here again next year if available!

The location was perfect for all our needs. Very close to Disneyland, Huntington Beach, a Walmart, and a lot of dining options. The sleeping room and arrangements were great and our kids were able to sleep in the same room as us.

Ants and safety concerns

The place smalls clean and looks clean. We booked for three nights but stayed only two nights. We use the place just to sleep because there were a lot of ants and the place was extremely warm. We left our food on the table and couldn't eat it because of the ants. The propery has two rooms. The rooms have a code to open which I found awkward but it's understandable because it's not a safe place. Anyone could get in because you don't get a key and there is a door just hanging.

Needs the finishing touches

First, the positives The pricing was affordable compared to other rentals in the area It was spacious with enough room and beds for my whole familt The interior looked nice, a lot of it looked new The location was convenient for our plans It was clean enough but could have benefitted from some extra sweeping. Now, the negatives One of the bedframes was broken and un-usable the first night. We alerted the owner on the first night. And they did fix it the next day which was awesome. It is a renovated garage+add on. Its attached to the owners primary residence by way of a sliding glass door and 2 other doors. There was a (not well closed) curtain on their side but not ours. Which was unsettling as that meant they could peek in at any time and we have no way of stopping it. I do not think they actually did so but the lack of a simple curtain on the renters side made it possible. There were 2 other doors that could access the sleeping areas from the main residence again with nothing to keep the renters secure. There was a barndoor that entered the kitchen area from the back yard and there was literally a piece of electrical wire holding it together. No lock no bolts... just electrical wire. When they had the bed fixed they replaced the wire with a lock- which helped. The front door was unable to be locked by the renters from the outside - so we had to leave it unlocked when we left

Nice place

Overall it was a nice place, the beds were comfortable and everything was clean and nice. The common area between the beds was a converted patio totally finished which is fine, but there were large gaps that allowed some bugs to come in. If they can fill in those gaps with something then it would be 5 stars all around.
