In the elegant living space, a 36” HD TV, sleeper sofa, and French doors open onto a private courtyard, where a Waterford fireplace adds a touch of romance and warmth to the setting. The kitchen is designed for effortless home cooking with essential appliances such as a stove, Sub-Zero refrigerator, granite countertops, and custom PJ Mulligan cabinetry in a soothing sea-foam green. A private washer and dryer are also provided.

Our building is fully licensed for short-term rentals and located within the Santa Barbara Coastal Zone, where stays under 30 days are allowed. Many other listings in the city fall outside this zone and are not legally permitted to offer short-term stays—so hosts might decline your booking request to avoid violations. We, on the other hand, automatically confirm your reservation the moment you book.
