After a day of fun in the sun or sightseeing in our gorgeous town, spoil yourself with luxury on the largest and most comfortable sectional you've ever curled up on and enjoy a great movie with large 60 inch flat screen HDTV or take a nap in one of the two most delightful bedrooms with extremely comfortable king beds.

With a versatile and spacious floor plan you will be amazed at the size of the bedrooms and living space in this two bedroom two bathroom unit that is over 1500 square feet. Professionally interior designed with Santa Barbara local treasures found all over the interior and quality bedding and linens, this property gives you the "resort like feel" yet the comforts and amenities that only a home can provide. Guests can stretch out and unwind and have privacy all at the same time...there truly can be “two masters” in this beach house.

Amazing property!

This is a wonderful Santa Barbara rental. It really has it all fantastic location with quick access to the beach, the funk zone and State Street for shopping. The rental is super clean well equipped, super comfy. The neighborhood is quiet you can’t ask for much more.

Very Beach-y get away

We enjoyed our stay at this property. While many items have been updated (furniture, decorations, flooring, bathrooms), it is clearly an older property with original windows (drafty) and kitchen/cabinets. Counter tops have been updated. It has a very beach-y feel, which is nice. Be prepared for a multi-page, detailed lease from the property manager which seems a bit over the top, including specific ages of each and every guest: "Only guests listed on this agreement are permitted at the property" -- so any additional friends/children you have nearby are not covered. Check out is 10 AM - way too early for a vacation property in my opinion, and a request well in advance of our arrival to adjust to noon checkout was not accepted. Seems pricey now that we've actually been there.

Three of us stayed in this condo. Instructions to get in were easy and the parking space was helpful since on the street parking fills up. Many condo conveniences and a beautiful location with walking distance to great restaurants. We're not used to no AC (from midwest) but there were plenty of fans and ways to keep the temperature nice and comfortable including a portable AC unit. They've thought of everything! We'll rent from this company again. Thank you!

Wonderful space in a wonderful town!

Really nice vacation spot. Exactly as listed. They thought of everything. Really appreciated hand soap in every room. My only complaint being a light sleeper is that there are no room darkening shades and it is very bright in the morning. Also the pillows were extremely uncomfortable for me. I ended up sleeping on a folded up towel. I highly recommend adding well fitting room darkening shades for other light sleepers like me.
