This spacious flat is located in the centre of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, the island's capital. It is the ideal place to spend your holiday, as it is surrounded by shops, which will offer you plenty of options to do during your stay on the Canary Island.



The 68 m2 house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, so it can accommodate up to 6 people.

The accommodation has everything you need: 45 m² terrace, iron, internet (wifi), hairdryer, 1 television, satellite TV (languages: Spanish, English).

In the open-plan kitchen, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are also provided.



Our flat is 100% adapted for people with reduced mobility, and the building has an entrance ramp. The flat is located on the ground floor.



The property is a 15-minute drive from Las Teresitas beach. In addition, its location provides easy access to a wide variety of shops thanks to its central location. Bars and restaurants are easily accessible on foot.



What's more, thanks to public transport, you can quickly reach a multitude of beaches to enjoy a summer's day in Tenerife. The bus interchange is just 1 km from the flat.

Never Again

Horrible neighborhood. Very, very hilly. Roaches in bathroom. Wanted to leave early but could not get refund for early departure. Look very carefully before you book this property. Look a south Tenerife or closer to downtown.
