The outside of this property is not like the pictures. Pictures are definitely false advertisement. The room we stayed in was supposed to be none smoking yet the bottom of the door had a gap very noticeable and the smell from the smokers outside would slowly creep in. The walls were questionable with foot prints etc. the wall plug ins were sticking out or falling out of the wall, definitely a hazard. The TV had no sound (not a big deal, but I had kids so that was annoying). Was not a pleasant stay. The location is nice but that’s about it.

Great location but the room was filthy! There was something spilled all over the chair in our room, maybe coffee? There was burn marks inside of a drawer and stain spots. Nope, not putting anything in there. The sheets smelled like bleach and seemed clean, so that part was ok. The beds were comfy too. It was just a grimy room. I didn’t want to take my socks off.

This property was great for our needs. We were walking distance from the Kaiser permanente arena, which is why we were there.

Santa Cruz Stay
Posted Feb. 25, 2024 on HotelsThe best thing about this hotel is it is easy walking distance to the wharf, restaurant's and the Board walk. The little market and restaurant across the street makes the best breakfast burritos in Santa Cruz. Best deal for the buck, but parking can be bad for late check in, and sometimes early check in is not available, it is nothing high class trust me.

THEY NO LONGER OFFER BREAKFAST ( IT'S BEEN OVER A YEAR), EVERYTHING FROM THE WALLS TO THE FLOOR WERE COVERED WITH DIRT. THE BATHROOM HAD HAIR ALL OVER INCLUDING THE TOILET. THE DOOR HANDLE WAS SAGGING WHEN WE FIRST GOT THERE LIKE SOMEONE TRIED TO BREAK IN. I DON'T RECOMMEND.
