It seemed like a quiet oasis despite being on a very busy and loud street and beach! Amazing. We have found our new favorite hotel to stay at in Santa Cruz.

Came here thinking it would be a great place to stay near the beach. Around 9 pm we started seeing bugs around the kitchen area. For $360 we should not see anything crawling on the kitchen counter. Very very disappointed

It is very unlikely that we have any sort of cleanliness issues, our top priority is ensuring our facility is clean and up to standards. We did take action as soon as we were made aware of this issue, that is why we value guest input and feedback! Definitely stay here

Needs work.Drastically different from last stay
Publié le 8 mars 2024 sur HotelsFloor had significant water damage. Room smelled musty due to water damage. Lights didn't work in room. Wiring was faulty as sometimes the one light that did work wouldn't shut on/off from the same switch.

This was so a warm and cozy place to stay! It was a perfect location right on the boardwalk. The room was adorable and comfortable. Even though it rained the majority of the time the inn was such a relaxing place the weather did not ruin our trip at all!!!
