Ground floor with outdoor space - Terrace Vila II

Terrace Vila II is a pleasant ground floor house in Garajau, just a few minutes from the beach. The property has three bedrooms, one with a single bed and two with double bed, one of which has a private bathroom with shower and a terrace access. There is another WC in the house with a bath.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the open space format allows the living room and dining area to share the same space. Take the opportunity to enjoy the good weather of the south side of Madeira Island, on the terrace area, which offers two distinct areas, one for dining and the other for leisure time.

AREA
The Garajau area is easily accessible, close to restaurants, shops, services, supermarkets, Cristo Rei (Christ the King - one of the most iconic monument) and the Garajau cable car, which allows access to the beach, an alternative to the pedestrian way. There is also a small trail for your morning walks, right next to the Cristo Rei monument.
This property is a 10-minute drive from Funchal. If you choose to go to the Funchal, take the opportunity to explore the city and find out more information about all kinds of activities you can do during your holiday: cultural activities, radical activities, nature-related activities... whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island!
