Walking distance to everything in the area. Nice warm pool for the kids. Only problem was the $25 + tax for parking per day - then there were no spaces available in the evening! Why does California allow motels charge tax on non tangible services?

It was a great Stay. Wonderful breakfast, everybody was friendly. But the only problem was that we had a little bit of an ant problem in the Room I took. Care of it though with a little eco-friendly bug killer and just open The window. And left the cooler on all day while we had fun.Come back in no Is ants I let them No about it and they gave me a discount.

This property is beautiful and the location is great, however the experience was not good. We left a sealed bag of wrapped salt water taffies on a counter top and it was swarming with ants by morning. Also, did they forget to insulate the walls? I should have been concerned when I noticed that earplugs were included in the bathrooms amenities. Loudest room ever. Screaming children, foot steps, snoring neighbors, we heard it all. This was up there with one of the worst hotel experiences of our lives.

Loved the location. Close to boardwalk and the warf, was able to walk there. Included breakfast, which was really good with lots of options. Only thing i didn't like was that the bathroom had no exhaust fan. But overall service was great, would definitely stay here again.
