Casa Rosita is a comfortable villa, located in a quiet area, with easy access, built on a fully fenced 8000 square meter plot, surrounded by gardens and fruit trees. It is located only 75 meters from the beach and 2.5 kilometers from the center of the magnificent town of Santa Eulalia del Rio.
The house is distributed in two floors. On the ground floor we find a cozy living room with fireplace, dining room, a single room, a double room with television and air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, pantry, bathroom and a storage area and laundry. The upper floor, consists of two bathrooms, a double room and two double rooms, one of them with television. The house has large terraces and porches. It has a nice pool of 70 square meters, with small beach to enjoy the little ones surrounded by a lawn where you can sunbathe. It has a practical barbecue. For winter, the house has a fireplace and central heating system. It is an ideal home to enjoy as a family and very comfortable for children and has everything you need to enjoy an extraordinary holiday, in a rural environment, quiet, no noise, isolated from other homes, with sea views from the terraces. An ideal house for people looking for a place of rest, peace and tranquility.

Belle propriété entourée d'un trÚs beau jardin

Grande maison confortable, propre, climatisation dans les chambres efficace. Salles de bains top. Beau jardin avec grande piscine trĂšs agrĂ©able. Seule la cuisine mĂ©riterait d'ĂȘtre rĂ©novĂ©e. Quelques coqs matinaux Ă  proximitĂ© ;-)

Emplacement - Villa - Environnement : Au top!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 15 jours dans la Casa Rosita. La localisation est idéale : plage toute proche (avec 2 restos et un bar), supermarché à 5 minutes, Santa Eulalia avec ses commerces et restaurants à moins de 10 minutes...le tout dans un trÚs bel environnement calme et trÚs bien entretenu. La piscine est grande et trÚs agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses (une seule est climatisée) et la maison est trÚs bien équipée. Nous avons eu un trÚs bon accueil et de la disponibilité pour nos questions. Bref, rien à redire ! Nous garderons cette adresse précieusement et nous reviendrons!

Super maison tout confort, idĂ©al pour un sĂ©jour en famille. La propriĂ©tĂ© est magnifique avec son coin dĂ©tente dans les hamacs, sa grande piscine et le grand coin repas Ă  l’extĂ©rieur abritĂ© du soleil. La plage ainsi que son restaurant ne se trouve qu’à 50 mĂštres de la maison ce qui est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. La maison est trĂšs bien situĂ©e et pas loin des commerces de Santa Eulalia. Nous avons eu un trĂšs bel accueil et un super service en cas de besoin de la part du propriĂ©taire. Je recommande vivement ce coin de paradis!!!!

Simply amazing - a gem on this beautiful island

The villa offers the perfect spot for a fantastic holiday with family/friends. We were a group of 9 (4 adults and 5 children) and had the most amazing time. Spacious and modern inside, rustic on the outside and on a perfect spot, just a minute's walk to Niu Blau beach, which is quiet and great for kids and adults alike. The pool was a great feature that we used daily, especially in the heat, and it is also great for young kids as has a paddling area that is safe for them. At the same time, it is deep and long enough for the adults to use.The hosts looked after us very well - we were met at check in and shown around, to ensure we were happy with the place. We could contact them at any time if we had issues and they responded very quickly.I can't say there were any negatives to our stay - maybe just some constructive feedback: the smallest single bedroom does not have A/C but we were given a fan which helped with the heat. Also, the internet is intermittent and constantly disconnects, but it was not a major issue. Everything else was just perfect!Thank you and we would absolutely not hesitate to come back again in the future, if we are lucky enough to get a booking, as it looks to be a very popular place!

Fantastisch!! Dikke 10! Communicatie met de eigenaresse ging super, heel goed bereikbaar. Het huis is zoals op de foto’s, echt aan alles is gedacht, erg schoon, lekkere bedden en zelfs speeltjes voor de kindjes. Zwembad is heerlijk van temperatuur! Wij hopen hier snel weer terug te mogen komen!

Beautiful villa and lovation

Family of five adults staying for a week in mid May.Casa Rosita has everything you need, modern but with traditional elements.Perfect location, 30 seconds from the beach and twenty five mins along the coastal path to Santa Euralia.First time to Ibiza and we would definitely come again.Great communication with Villa owners who have thought of every guest requirement.The pool was lovely and an ideal size for our many lilo races.Area was lovely and clean with many great restaurants and bars plus great clothing shops.We will miss it when we return home.Thank you

Fabulous villa for an easy, relaxing holiday

We loved the villa - brilliant combination of style and practicality. Plenty of space for our group of 5. This is a very thoughtfully equipped holiday house - from herbs, spices and oil stashed in the kitchen to sufficient dishwasher tablets and plenty of loo roll to last beyond our stay! Outside, the property is beautiful and peaceful, especially around the pool area. The pool is a fantastic size for swimming lengths or just cooling down and playing around; we also really appreciated the 3 parasols for shade. The beach is a stroll away and has 3 restaurant/cafe options which our teenagers enjoyed escaping to! We also enjoyed the very picturesque walk along the coast to the next beach up where we enjoyed brunch with a view. Ibiza town is just a 30 minute drive away for livelier activities. The owners met us on check in and check out and were lovely and extremely helpful. Highly recommend and would love to return.

Fabulous Holiday Villa

We were fortunate to know the location before booking. It was perfect for the adults and children in our group. With easy access to the beach/ restaurants and within walking distance to the centre of Santa Eulalia.. I can’t fault anything in the property, it had catered for all our needs. The pool area was fantastic with plenty of outdoor seating. Eating alfresco was easy with 2 tables either side of house allowing you to choose sun or shade. Our host was always available especially on check in and very helpful. I would highly recommend this for a memorable holiday with family or friends.

Wonderful find

A fantastic villa practically on the beach. Everything you needed was there and the outdoor kitchen for nighttime BBQs was a delight. The pool was fantastic and restaurants, bars and supermarkets an easy walk. We hope to return soon.

Tolle Finca in traumhafter Umgebung

Sehr schöne Finca, gut ausgestattet und sehr komfortabel. Traumhafter Pool, groß genug zum Schwimmen, Strand sehr nah (80m). Garten mit frischen Orangen und Zitronen, sehr schöne Sitzecken. Grillecke sehr idyllisch. Einziger Mini- Kritikpunkt: in der KĂŒche wĂ€ren grĂ¶ĂŸere Töpfe und Pfannen wĂŒnschenswert, fĂŒr große Gruppen zu klein. In Summe sehr empfehlenswert- vielen Dank!

Wonderful beach side villa

We had a lovely week in this spacious and relaxing villa. A stone’s throw from the beach with its bar and restaurant and tranquil setting. The pool was great. Very clean and comfortable and would not hesitate to return.

Ein gelungener Urlaub auf einer wunderschönen Finca, hier fehlte es uns an nichts. Pool und Beleuchtung am Abend waren ein Highlight. Der Strand in der NÀhe perfekt zum Schwimmen, Bar und Restaurant am Strand, ein kleiner Wanderweg. Einkaufsgelegenheiten in der NÀhe.

Everything was absolutely perfect!!

Llanos and her husband were great hosts. They were already expecting us on site when we arrived, communication was great and very easy. We asked for yoga mats in the villa and Llanos went above and beyond to get that organised before we arrived. Thank you again for that. She also had great tips for food and things to do around Santa Eularia. The house had everything we expected and more. It comes with sea view from the terrace and a fruit tree / herbal garden next door, providing a lovely smell. The kitchen is newly renovated and has really everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and it’s great that the villa has 3 bathrooms, perfect when you are with several people. We also loved the hammocks in the garden, a coffee and a book in the hammock is a perfect start into the day :) - we absolutely recommend this villa, loved it!

einfach ein tolles Ambiente

ein super schönes Haus und eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin. Auch die Kommunikation wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts war schnell und unkompliziert. Vielleicht sind bei sehr kĂŒhlen Temperaturen in der Vorsaison die Heiz-Möglichkeiten etwas begrenzt. Ansonsten ist alles und vor allem die KĂŒche sehr gut ausgestattet. Maria, wir kommen gern wieder!
