The customer service always AMAZING!! Staff is so friendly. The only thing I would have them change as we have been visiting now 4 years in a row is: new mattresses need to be updated. Maybe add some new food items, to the cocktail hour. It’s the same food every time we go and same rotation. Other than that. They will always have our business

Everything about our experience with thr hotel was outstanding. From the free breakfast, afternoon appetizers (it was more like a free meal) free drinks, the wonderful staff, it was dog friendly and the location was outstanding. If there was one negative it was the stains on the carpet in the room we stayed in. The room was clean, roomy, and the beds were comfortable. Clean the carpet and it would have been perfect!!

This stay was great. Staff and management are exceptional. Have a free buffet breakfast and managers dinner in evening were above expectations and easy on the budget. We will be stay here again on our trips to Santa Fe

Always a great stay at the Drury Santa Fe. The team is very friendly and accommodating. A special shout out to Jo, the bartender. We visited a couple of bars at high end hotels and Jo was by far the best service we received in Santa Fe. TY!
