Outside door to parking lot is never locked.
Room 107 patio door doesn’t lock.
We love staying her as it is our ‘Happy Place.”
Will definitely stay again.

From check in to valet to Carlos in the restaurant, top notch service and the friendliest folks on earth. Your bartenders are also amazing, I can’t stress how kind everyone was. Thanks for such an amazing time in that magical city. Can’t wait to come back!

The property is beautiful. The grounds are beautiful. The stores inside are beautiful luminaire was phenomenal eating staff incredible
Big problem lady next-door made so much noise and slammed the door. So loudly at 9:30 pm two different times. Then had people over and made so much noise.
Then at 5:45 AM she got on the phone on her cell phone with the speaker on and I could hear the conversation on both sides. Laughing talking so loudly.
Called security again for the fourth time in 24 hours. They did nothing the first night a guy came up and looked confused and said I can’t knock on the door and that was the end of that.
Ask her to be quiet she finally got off the phone and then her snoring woke us up again an hour later.
Because I did third-party booking all they could do was takeoff the resort fee of $30.
This is wrong and it’s such a beautiful property but the walls are paperthin. I would not go back again.
