Casa Binetta A is a characteristic and welcoming two-story independent house situated in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps three people. From Casa Binetta A you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the hills. Casa Binetta A is 45 square meters (485 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden and winter heating.
You will be roughly 8.5 km (5.3 miles) from the historical center of Santa Fiora, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find a grocery store at 8 km (roughly 5 miles). You will reach Casa Binetta A from the parking area going down a route that includes approximately three stairway steps.
To stay at Casa Binetta A you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the garden going up approximately four stairway steps. The pool is 4.5 meters (14.8 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. The area is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a splendid view of the greenery and of the hills. You will share the pool with guests staying at another nearby apartment. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
 Patio
The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with two wood benches and with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the garden.
Garden
The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic olive trees. In the garden you will find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the hills.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house. The furnishings include a wood bench and a divan bed for one guest. There is a small fireplace, for decorative purposes only. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through a cased opening, climbing two steps. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The kitchen has a window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
First FloorBedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it through an access area.
