Perfect Family Getaway

This location had it all for our young family with two kids. A perfect pool situated adjacent to the rooms and kitchen made it an incredible space for our kids to safely swim whenever they wanted. The kitchen has everything you need, and both rooms are well equipped. The upstairs escape provided viewing of La Punta and a beautiful space to relax in. We’ll be back.

Property is very close to a non swimming beach. Construction in front and behind property, with radio blaring, hammering, and singing six days a week. All appliances are old and rusty, you need to bring coffee and one day supplies until you go to nearby store. Dusty and dirty all the time

My only recommendation might be to put something on the door, or maybe paint Villa Ocean on the wall outside. It was my first time in Zicatela, and I wasn't sure where the house was. A very nucely built house in a great lication

Lovely villa off La Punta

The house is wonderful and we will definitely be back to stay. Plently of room and well equipped for groups..the pool was lovely!! While we were staying there, there was construction around the house and one day onsite..totally find if you'll be out all day but cant be disruptive if you are at the house..this is temporary though

Sparkling pool

Perfect A/C in both bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Short walk to many popular restaurants. ATV rentals and mini shops on the same street. Safe swimming requires short drives to calmer waters. Enough room for four of us to enjoy solitude in different parts of the house as well as the roof with a view. The Internet was unreliable but good in the mornings. Alfresco dining was a wonderful treat and everyone enjoyed the pool daily after warm journeys back from day trips.
