We stayed here cause it had good rating...but when we got there it was HORRIBLE! Roaches on the walls and floor, we wanted paid for a queen bed got a full& the lady tried to charge me an extra charge that wqs never mentioned on Expedia

hotelreport HUX Hotel Jois is located near Huatulco Zocalo which is surrounded by many economical hotels, good small restaurants and various shops, cleaners, farmacies, an excellent chiropractor (Zocalo South). Souvenier shops are on Carizal street, parallel to Zocalo and its side streets. A department store is in walking distance <1km. (CHE). The hotel is owner managed, clean. A u$50 investment into room 4 would be good: Replace blocked shower head with a hosed one, add soap holders and some more hanging opportunities. 4 * related to price.

Cuando llegue al establecimiento, la señora encargada comento que no tenía luz. Que cancelara directo en la página de Expedia (sabiendo que es cancelación sin rembolso) y que si quería, le pagará el mismo monto directo a ella y ella pagaba a un eléctrico para que arreglará la luz. O de lo contrario que buscará yo por mi cuenta otra opción. Que ella ya lo había reportado a la plataforma de capital O y le seguían mandando gente. Que a ella no le convenía porque la plataforma le quitaba 200 por noche, dejándole a ella solo 150 por rentar una habitación y aparte con aire acondicionado. Después de tanto batallar y como llevaba yo un adulto mayor, "se compadeció" y me dio una habitación. Al siguiente día me dice que son 250 más por noche por qué la habitación que yo había reservado era 1 cama y la que me dio eran 2 camas. Pero que le diera solo 100 más por cada noche. Le pedí me cambiara a una habitación con 1 cama entonces. Aparte que la primer noche no nos dio aire el control del aire acondicionado. Me dijo que no era posible, porque entonces tenía que mandar a arreglar la habitación de 1 cama para poder hospedarme y tendría que pagar más.

Mala experiencia.

La dueña del establecimiento nos trato de sinverguenza por el hecho de pagar tan poco por una habitacion que asu parecer es mas cara. Que no le alcansa ni para la luz. Nos trato de regresar el dijero y que nos fueramos. Aunque la habitacion contaba con clima no nos queria dar controles que porque pagamos muy poco. Al final nos lo dio. Una experiencia muy desagradable en cuanto a eso. Considero que nosotros nada que ver con esa situacion, pagamos lo requerido.
