Espectacular apartamento Santa Marta Areia Beach. Gaira, Magdalena, Colombia
Se encuentra en Pozos Colorados, junto a los condominios Sierra Laguna y Cabo Tortuga, con los que compartimos una playa semiprivada muy bien cuidada. Hay restaurantes de comida típica caminando por la playa. A 5 minutos está el centro comercial Zazué y a 15 minutos el centro comercial Arrecife. El aeropuerto se encuentra a 10 minutos.
Es considerada la mejor playa de Santa Marta, los vecinos y turistas no somos muchos y todos cuidamos de ella, manteniéndola en excelentes condiciones.
