The beds were like cement. I have back problems from military service. I am requesting a refund. We stayed one night and had to find another hotel.

the room provided was not ready to be used safety due plumbing issues shower/toilets would not drain or flush properly. Time for check in and check out are not congruent as per listed in this site. Says check in 3pm but they would not assign the rooms as expected as first come first serve just at their own discretion making wait longer than 3. There’s a lack of consistency between the services listed and services provided as cleaning rooms, and checking out process for example checkin out listed at 1pm but they would enter your room at 12 pm .. which it’s rude.. if there’s this kind of inconsistencies should be mentioned at check in.. was not provided any information whatsoever. Also there’s no phones to reach the receptionist.. if any issues you will need to call them using your day which it’s a huge hassle when you are coming from out of Colombia.. I don’t recommend this place

Nice room, location. Poor breakfast

Room in pretty good conditions, A/C, bathroom, cleanliness. WiFi signal is weak in the room. Breakfast is pretty basic, they could do better with the amount they charge. Pool needs a little bit of maintenance. One block from the Rodadero beach, right by the local market. Not noise at nights.

This hotel is very average. You're paying for the proximity to the beach. The room was ok. The main problem I had was the wifi connectivity. It was spotty at best. It would intermittently go out. The front desk always said they were working on it, but it never improved. Even when there was a connection, it was very slow. Unable to stream any sort of videos. They also advertised self-service but that is not true. They only offer dry cleaning service and it is very expensive. I took my clothes to a local lavanderia and it was half the cost.

Stay in this Rodadero area for best access.

Santa Marta is a great place to visit. I like the Hotel Arhuaco because it is very close to the Rodadero Beach, has a nice private pool, good shower and cleaning facilities, nice workers, decent restaraunt that is not too expensive. Being able to walk a single block to the beach area and tour providers cuts down on costs for more transportation to the Rodadero center area. It is better to stay there.

Central location 2 star, noisy st.

First day my toilet clogged. They fixed it right away but the water was too slow. No kleenex, no small towel. Towels too rough. They d not leave shampoo daily. Breakfast was very good. Personnel very good. I could here the music from hotel and from the st. And I could hear the rooms next to mine. Could not sleep.

Decent Hotel in Great Location

The hotel is decent. Comes with swimming pool and breakfast included. Took great care of a few room requests we had. The location is great just within walking distance from the beach, bars, and restaurants.

i rented a triple room with tree beads for my family, they only gave them two beads, one day the sheets were not changed, bathroom was very old the worst roaches found in the room

Look, it's a hotel at the beach, so it is maintained as best as possible in salt air. 1 block form the beach, surrounded by excellent restaurants, and a fantastic staff. OK, if you are expecting a Ritz-Carlton type breakfast buffet to be included come down from the clouds, it is simple but good. The staff will treat you like their first priority and the room is very good... They can count on my repeat business

Nice hotel, too close to bars/dance clubs

Staff were great, close location to beach, but the hotel is way to close to bars and dance clubs who have blaring music until 2 am. So if you are into that, great, but for young families or business travelers, this is horrible. The staff did their best to accomadate us, even upgrading us to a bigger room, but the noise still was too much. And we were not in a street side room, so I cannot imagine what that was like!
