Lägenheten var i visst behov av renovering. En kokplatt fungerade inte. Köksutrustningen var inte så komplett. Det fanns störande ljud, framför allt på natten.

Appartement agréable, bien situé par rapport au mercadillo, mercadona,lidl,carrefour,hyperber, à proximité à pieds, sauf pour les courses volumineuses il faut un caddy ou prendre la voiture. Quelles petites réparations dans l’appartement seraient les bienvenus. Vantail coulissant très dur à ouvrir, il faut le remettre dans le rail. Personnellement je bricole et je me débrouille, je n’appelle jamais les propriétaires, j’ai choisi, j’ assume. J’ai remplacé le support de douchette, franchement 1€ et une vis c’est plus vite fait que d’embêter le proprio. En résumé si vous louer pour vivre toute la journée enfermé dans une maison chercher une villa dans les terres. Maintenant si c’est pour balader,aller à la plage,promener en ville, manger en terrasse, les tarifs ce Victor sont très honnêtes.

Me ha parecido, muy bien el apartamento, amplio, bien ubicado, limpieza buena y el propietario muy amable si habría que poner un pero, alguna utensilio de cocina cambiar, pero sin importancia. Para repetir.

Buena estancia

Bastante bien todo. Zona tranquila. Supermercado a 150 m. Playa a dos manzanas. Balcón amplio. Litera en la habitación pequeña . Apartamento confortable (aire acondicionado, terraza amplia, tv, lavadora..). Algo a mejorar es que necesitaría una limpieza más profunda.

Vamos a contar mentiras

Tanto el apartamento como la ubicación del mismo son geniales, pero no os dejéis engañar por el anuncio. La bañera de hidromasaje es nula. El tapón no le ajustaba, el tapooon, las burbujas no funcionaban pero lo mejor, lo mejor de todo es que sólo hay un termito eléctrico que no da para llenarla, da exclusivamente para las dos duchas justas. O sea, olvidaos de la bañera. A partir de ahí, bien, pero íbamos rollo pareja y nos quedamos con las ganas

Trato malísimo

Sinceramente, la ubicación del piso y el interior del mismo están bastante bien, pero no volvería a alquilarlo por no tener que volver a tratar con el dueño del apartamento. Ya antes de empezar el viaje, su trato deja mucho que desear. Le pregunté un par de cosas y me contestó tarde y mal. Pero lo peor fue cuando se estropeó el baño y el dueño se quedó tan tranquilo mintiéndonos, diciendo que vendría al día siguiente por la mañana (cosa que no pasó). Pocas veces me he topado con personas tan dejadas, si sabes que estás alquilando una casa, tienes que preocuparte por todo lo necesario. En ningún momento nos dijo qué hacer con las llaves el día que nos fuéramos. Cuando llegó el día, le llamamos, pero no nos cogió el teléfono. Somos conscientes de que este trato lo tiene siempre con todos los inquilinos, así que por muy bien situado que esté el apartamento, no compensa tener que estar con las preocupaciones por culpa del dueño. Una pena. Claramente no repetiremos.
