The pool area is at the south end of the building, overlooking the vibrant emerald-green waters of the Gulf. The hot tub and pool are heated in the winter months. Looking to get a little exercise while on vacation? The âMarlin Roomâ is the place to go. Here youâll find several treadmills and plenty of Nautilus equipment. The unit has parking for one vehicle in the parking garage, which is accessible by elevator. Additional parking is available if needed.

The place was beautiful, clean well appointed. Close to the beach and restaurants. The only inconvenience was during check-in we didn't received the gate and main doors to condo code ,called manager number and left message but never got a call back regardless we were able to find a good Samaritan that let us in and once inside we had access code to condo unit and the info inside. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks
This was a great condo for a family. The only issue I had was it stated in the description that it was beach view. This actual condo is not because it is on the other end away from the beach.
This was our second time staying at Blue Mountain condos but first time at this particular unit. We loved this floorplan for our group of 2 young kids, parents and grandparents. The unit was very well equipped from the kitchen to the board games. The furniture on the balcony was very comfortable compared to other places we stayed. Good water pressure in the bathrooms as well. One consideration is that this unit is situated by the weight room, so we could hear weights hitting the floor, but not during sleeping hours. The walk from the unit to the beach was easy, and we loved that chair rentals were included during our stay. We hope to return next year!
The property was as expected and was conveniently located to shooed & restaurants. The mattresses in ALL bedrooms were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Finding beach front space proved to be difficult as well, as the property is surrounded on both sides by private beaches (residents WILL complain to security if you unknowingly set up in a restricted area). You have to get up super early to set up personal beach umbrellas in order to beat the guys who are setting up rental beach chairs/umbrellas if you want a spot close to the water.
